Lighting Retrofit Program
Upgrading your facility's lighting is the first step towards making your building more energy efficient. Replacing inefficient incandescent lighting with compact fluorescent lights (CFLs) and high-efficient linear fluorescent tubes is an inexpensive investment that offers a fast payback. Cool Choice Central Air Rebate Program
The Cool Choice Central Air Conditioning Rebate Program promotes significant energy savings, lower cooling costs and a positive impact on the environment. Rebates are available to NPU's commercial, industrial, institutional, agricultural and residential electric service customers to help defray the cost of buying high-efficiency HVAC systems.
VFDs and ECMs Upgrade Incentive (Rebate) Program

Zero-Percent Financing
Norwich Public Utilities offers ZERO-PERCENT FINANCING to qualifying commercial and industrial customers who make improvements and upgrades that increase energy efficiency and lower energy use.
Natural Gas Program
NPU offers its commercial customers incentives (rebates) for switching to natural gas, a clean, versatile and always available heating source. Contact a Project Coordinator at 860-823-4149 to learn if natural gas is available in your area.
